Documentary Resource Initiative continues to connect Indian and international documentary filmmakers, emerging storytellers, and audiences through conversations, showcases, and industry engagement.

As part of its ongoing documentary activities, DocedgeKolkata highlights stories and creative voices from the global documentary community, creating opportunities to discover new filmmakers, ideas and perspectives.

The showcase highlights contemporary documentary practices and provides a platform for filmmakers and documentary practitioners to engage with the broader nonfiction film ecosystem.

Through these initiatives, Documentary Resource Initiative remains committed to strengthening the documentary culture in India while encouraging meaningful connections between Indian filmmakers and the international documentary community.
