Monalisa Mukherji | Founder, Owner | Little Lamb Films | India
In 2007 she founded Little Lamb Films, with her husband Bauddhayan Mukherji. Their company has produced more than 750 commercials. Amongst which The Shower became the first ever commercial to win the National Award.
Apart from writing jingles or doing voice overs for commercials, Monalisa has also been the producer and production designer of Little Lamb’s feature films viz. Teenkahon (2014), The Violin Player (2016), Charaiveti (2022) and the much acclaimed film Manikbabur Megh (2021), produced and co-wrote the dialogues of The Whispers of Fire & Water (2023).
She has been in the jury of the National Film Awards, Shots Asia Pacific Awards, D&AD amongst others and has written and directed the documentary short, Kiske Liye (Who is this Women's Day for?) and is currently scripting her debut feature.
A published poet, writer, alternate healing guide and solo traveller, Monalisa lives in Mumbai with husband Bauddhayan and daughter Aarsha.

Over the last 18 years it has produced feature films, shorts, documentaries, long format digital films and over 750 television commercials & PSAs. From National Award to Cannes Lion it has won more than 400+ awards globally.
