Rada Sesic is a selection committee member at IDFA, often at IDFA Bertha Fund and at Hubert Bals Fund and Doha Film Fund. Head of the Documentary Competition at the biggest South East European festival Sarajevo FF where she started Docu Rough Cut Boutique twelve years ago that she co-heads now, she is also a lecturer at The Master of Film at The Netherlands’ Film and TV Academy Amsterdam.

Apart from heading Last Stop Trieste platform at Trieste festival, Italy, Rada was a selector of South Asian films at the IFFR Rotterdam for twenty years. She is a film mentor and consultant at several international workshops and pitching forums in Europe and Asia and served at more than 50 juries at film festivals including Hot Docs Toronto , CPH Dox, Moscow IFF, Cinema du Reel Paris, Dok Leipzig, Watch Docs Warsaw, Nordic Panorama, MIFF Mumbai, etc.

She has been the artistic director of ENFF in The Hague for fourteen years and guest lectured at several film schools and universities abroad.

Her works include “Room Without a View” (1997), “Soske” (2001), “In Whitest Solitude” (2001) and “The Way to School” 2007. Her films were screened at sixty festivals worldwide and got several awards. Her work was also presented and archived at MoMA New York. She has published articles as a film critic in various film magazines in The USA and Europe and collaborated on several books on cinema.
